September 2023: Embodiment of the Inner Child

Description: We all have an inner child— a part of us that seeks play and nurturance and connection and touch. We will spend 3 days connecting to that inner child, healing any wounded parts, and giving that part of us a voice through play, connection, yoga, and art.
