Janelle is the founder of The Resiliency Center of Idaho. She has been practicing therapy for over 15 years and is an speaker and educator on stress, trauma & attachment. She has a unique therapy style which combines Somatic EMDR, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), & Embodied Psychotherapy. She specializes in attachment, burnout, & trauma.

Jasmine Magana, LMSW

Bilingual Trauma Informed Therapist

Jasmine is a bilingual and bicultural therapist specializing in providing holistic mental health support. She is a proud member of the Latinx community and believes deeply in connecting people to the right supports to foster change. Jasmine utilizes Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative therapy.

Mo Esperilla, LMSW

Bilingual Trauma Informed Therapist

Mo has background workign in varied setting within his community as a therapist, case manager, and designated examiner. Mo has been working in the mental health field for 8 years.

Mo is honest, upfront, mindful, & fun in his therapy sessions. He is passionate about trauma informed care and working with individuals to help them live more fully. Mo was born in Mexico and moved to the United States as a young boy. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Lex Fanopoulos, LMSW

Trauma Informed Therapist

Lex has a passion for first resonder populations including police, fire, and healthcare workers. As a retired police officer, Lex brings a wealth of experience and compassion for the first responder community. He uses an integrated approach of EMDR and somatic based interventions using the lens of polyvagal theory. He takes great pride in creating a safe place for those who enter his office so that they can work through trauma in the safest way.

Megan JO Olson, LMSW

Jo strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can embark on their path of self-exploration and healing. As a person-centered provider, Jo recognizes that clients are the experts in their own lives. With genuine curiosity, Jo actively listens to understand her clients experiences, values, and perspectives

Shanna Pyzer, M.Ed.

Highly Skilled Admin Professional

Shanna is our part-time, remote Administrative Assistant. She is a former High School Counselor, along with several other educational positions. She is excited to be creating flexibility in her life, as she has just been blessed with her first grandchild. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has raised 2 sons. Her oldest is married and starting a family and her youngest is serving in the Navy.
