Lex Fanopoulos, LMSW

Welcome to the Resiliency Center of Idaho and thank you for taking time to learn about our dynamic team of mental health professionals. Below you will find information about me including therapeutic treatment modalities.

 About me:

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Columbia Southern University and my master’s degree in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. Since moving to Idaho in 2016, I spent two years working for a crisis shelter for at-risk vulnerable youth and the last few years working for local non-profits providing crisis and trauma-focused behavioral health support for vulnerable populations.

My passion is for first responder populations and for youth.   I use an integrative approach, incorporating somatic based interventions and EMDR. I take great pride in developing a foundation of safety with my clients needed to help navigate the many sides of trauma.

I believe in using research, neuroscience, and individualized treatments to learn about the client and their nervous systems response to stress. Being persistent, consistent, and curious helps us find self and safety.

I am LGTBQIA+ affirming

I work with all ages
