Position: Mental Health Clinician

Hours: Full time (25 clients a week). Flexible scheduling. Start seeing clients March 1.

Details: The Resiliency Center is looking for a clinician whose therapy style matches up with the mission of the center or be willing to be trained on trauma informed care. This position requires clinicians to complete individual and family therapy, write treatment plans and assessments, follow up on care, and attend weekly supervision and staff meeting.

About the Center: The Center has been operating with a sole provider since 2015. In 2023, the center expanded to include 3 more offices in a beautiful space in downtown Nampa. The practice has a steady stream of referral sources and has a strong presence within the community. The center works to address ongoing need for quality therapy services to those who experience stress, trauma, and burnout.

Pay & Benefits: Pay is dependent on experiences and ranges between $55-65/hour. Full time employees get 2 weeks PTO, sick pay, holiday pay, 401k plan with employer contribution, CEU allowance, CEUs provided onsite, free onsite supervision, paid documentation hours. Supervision is provided onsite by Janelle Stauffer, LCSW.

The ideal candidate: The center has a mission to provide therapy services that are resiliency informed and embrace polyvagal theory. The ideal candidate has training in this area or is willing to be trained in this area. In addition to this training, we seek therapists who are self-aware, self-compassionate, and have a self care practice of their own. LGBTQIA+ affirming is a must. We love candidates who have done their own inner work! We give priority hiring to clinicians who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC clinicians as we are working to eliminate barriers for clients from diverse spaces.
