About the Event:
ATraining Overview
This training will be conducted through lecture, videos, experiential activities, and hands-on learning.
• Review basic IFS skills: sequence of model including unburdenings
• Examining and identifying parts of the therapist
• Other burdens - legacy, cultural and unattached burdens
• Direct access and polarizations
• IFS as an internal attachment model

• Schwartz, R. C. & Sweezy, M. (2019). Internal family systems therapy. Guilford Press.
• Schwartz, R. C. (2021). No Bad Parts. Sounds True, Boulder CO.
Program Cost
The total cost is $650.
